We offer easy returns within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please contact customer support (info@hammushealth.com) to schedule the return and receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for further processing;

* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
Articles will not be accepted if:
- You have attempted to reassemble the product once broken
- We do not insure product that are broken due to wear and tear
Refund:
Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods. Please note, that it will take 6-12 business days to process your return once it arrives at our facility.
Remark: If the customer doesn't like the product and request to return not the quality reason. We will charge the Handling and Shipping fee USD 30.00 per item in each refund amount.
General Warranty:
We offer a 1 year limited warranty for all HAMMUS products. It covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects but do not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification of the product.
