Shipping & Delivery

HAMMUS have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Euro and China for all our orders. After your order is completed, it would takes 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready to our shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest center, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we have a large quantities of our products.

 

Shipping Time

Hammus provide free shipping worldwide, normally it takes 8-20 working days to delivery, the specific shipping time will depends on the area you are.

If you want to received the item as soon as possilbe, Hammus also provide an Espress Shipping option. The following section outlines the estimated shipping period for your order.

Customs Duties & Tax

Please note that all packages are shipped from Hammus Warehouse. Depending on your country's customs and shipping methods, import taxes may be incurred. Taxes and fees have been paid for our products, and customers do not have to bear them. Of course, you can ask the local customs for more information.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, it would take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the shipping company system. After that period, you can tracking your order at https://bit.ly/3bzDW9p

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct your shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.


Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
